Kyle J. Boyer, President
Kyle J. Boyer is pastor of Mount Carmel Church of God in Christ and is a career educator. His work and studies lie at the intersection of education, the church, and public policy. Kyle is a graduate of George Washington University, the University of Pennsylvania, and United Lutheran Seminary.
Sylvia Baxter-Washington, Secretary
Sylvia Baxter-Washington serves as Pastoral Secretary at Mount Carmel Church of God in Christ. She is also the secretary at the East Miner Collaborative and has served in administrative roles throughout Chester County. Sylvia is devoted to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
Dwayne Butts
Dwayne Butts is on the Ministerial Staff of Mount Carmel Church of God in Christ. He believes in encouraging everyone to excel in everything they do to glorify God. He also aims to spread the love of Jesus and help others develop a close, personal relationship with Him.
Pearl Dorsey
Pearl Dorsey is a retired Language Arts Teacher Leader from the School District of Philadelphia and serves as Project Director for the East Miner Collaborative. She has worked with several community-based projects in Philadelphia, including the Mural Arts Program and community nutritional programs for kids. Ms. Dorsey embraces working collaboratively with the diverse community members.
Wanda Grove
Wanda Grove is a 2013 graduate of Harcum College and works for the Chester County Intermediate Unit as a paraprofessional and serves on the Trustee Ministry at Mount Carmel Church of God in Christ. Ms. Grove is dedicated to serving her community, especially through youth initiatives.
Carol Richardson
Carol Richardson is a retired nurse and is married to the wonderful deacon Willis Richardson. She takes pride in being an active member of the Mount Carmel Church of God in Christ. Carol enjoys participating in various church activities and supporting her community, which she does by leading several home mission initiatives.
Francis Washington
Francis Washington Sr. is the chairman of the Deacons and a member of the Trustee Ministry at Mount Carmel Church of God in Christ. He oversees stewardship ministries and leads the maintenance of facilities. Francis enjoys mentoring and supporting young men in his church and community.
